What Kind of secure payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you did not pay for the order,then you can modify and reorder.

If you finish the payment for your order,you can cancel or modify it in 24 hours for any reason. Please send a request to our customer service shaniglamourcare@gmail.com

Can I remove items from the shopping cart?

Yes. If your order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart.But once you have placed the order, you can't delete any item from the order.

What If I want to change information (such as color,size,shipping address, shipping method) ?

We can only change the information if your order was not shipped out. And to make these changes contact us via email shaniglamourcare@gmail.com

How did Shopify pay get my information?

During checkout, you are redirected to Shopify Pay to verify your information before returning to checkout to complete the purchase. After you opt in to Shopify Pay and complete the SMS verification, they use their saved information on any Shopify checkout that has the feature enabled

 What is the return policy?

Items must be sent back to Shani Glamour Boutique within 10 days of receiving the package. Absolutely no refunds. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit or exchange.

Where can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased here! We always recommend reading the gift card’s description before purchase
Do you ship internationally ?

For now, we only ship within the USA and Canada

If product is out of stock, Will you restock the item?

We are not able to reorder everything we originally ordered, but we do attempt to reorder our best sellers. If we are able to reorder the item, we will post the item on our Arriving Soon page

We offer free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders $75.00 and over

Where are you located and ships from?

We are located in Connecticut

What if my package gets lost,stolen or not delivered?

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
